Your role

As a Sales Manager - Payment Facilitator, you will take ownership of a strategic project that will enable us to offer our services in the Payment Facilitator model across international markets. Your primary mission will be to scale Autopay’s card payments business in Europe.

We focus on increasing both the volume and value of card transactions outside Poland, and your role will be to make this growth possible by building and developing strong partnerships with key market players.

Your responsibilities:

  • Execute the sales strategy: Deliver the company’s commercial growth plan within the payments ecosystem, with a strong focus on international expansion.
  • Lead business growth: Identify, structure, and close high-value opportunities with fintech companies, payment service providers (PSPs), and other relevant partners.
  • Build strategic alliances: Establish and grow long-term partnerships with key industry players to strengthen and scale our ecosystem.
  • Drive adoption of card payment solutions: Position our card payment offering as the preferred solution for payment service providers looking for a reliable transaction infrastructure, optimized card routing, redundancy, and cost efficiency.
  • Shape market positioning: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, panels, and forums, strengthening our visibility and thought leadership in the payments space.
  • Collaborate internally: Work closely with product, compliance, and technology teams to ensure alignment between commercial strategy, innovation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver measurable results: Own revenue targets, sales pipeline development, and partner engagement KPIs.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

  • demonstrates excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to create and develop partnerships,
  • brings at least 3 years of B2B sales experience (hunter profile) in the financial sector (banking, fintech, or payments), including solid knowledge of the card payments industry,
  • has a strong understanding of payment models (e.g. acquiring, issuing, payment facilitator) along with familiarity with card scheme regulations (Visa, Mastercard),
  • is experienced in preparing and delivering engaging sales presentations,
  • works with a high level of accuracy and discipline and is confident using CRM tools,
  • thinks strategically and has experience scaling products or services in international markets,
  • communicates fluently in English at a business level (both poken and written),
  • is open and collaborative - we value transparency, partnership, and teamwork.
